Kenyah to host sports, cultural fest By Lucas Jalong Bato - may 30th 2007
MIRI: Sarawak Kenyah Badeng Association (Kebana) will host a sports and cultural festival from May 28 to 31 at Kampung Data Kakus in Ulu Tatau, Bintulu.
Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Joseph Entulu is the guest of honour. He is expected to officiate at the opening ceremony on May 30.
Among the activities during the festival are soccer competition, Kanjet Lasan (ngajat), Datun Julut, ngeleput (blowpipe), beauty contest, and badminton.
